What should be paid attention to when producing precision stamping parts:

1. When packing materials, wastes and molds, it is necessary to wear gloves to avoid scratching hands.
2. If there is oil, it must be cleaned in time to avoid ground sliding and falling.
3. Prevent the dragging die from falling to the ground (the die can be pulled only after the flat car is placed to the lowest position).
4. It is strictly prohibited for non professionals to connect power and repair the machine.
5. It is strictly forbidden to aim the air gun at people, which is easy to hurt eyes.
6. Operators should wear earplugs.

7. If the machine is found to be abnormal, turn off the power first, and then find the technician on duty to deal with it in time. Do not deal with it without authorization.


8. When a new employee goes to work on the first day, the team leader must explain the safety operation specifications to him, and learn the safety operation procedures once a day in the first week.


9. When adjusting the machine, be sure to adjust the machine to single action, and it is strictly prohibited to hit the continuous discharge belt.


10. No inflammable or explosive materials shall be stored under the switch.


11. Operators are strictly prohibited from chasing and beating in the workshop to avoid falling, knocking down products or hurting themselves.


12. Carry out equipment inspection according to the inspection contents on the equipment spot inspection card, and pay special attention to whether the guiding and braking devices of the punch operate normally, and the functions of single punch and continuous punch are clear.


13. When installing the die on the small punch press (10T), first release the locking device of the guide rail, install the upper and lower die, then adjust the travel of the guide rail until it meets the requirements and tightly lock the fixing device. When the high impact die is mounted, the stroke must be punching. After locking the upper die, the lower die is locked after the oil locking mode, and once again before the production.


14. Special tools (pliers and hooks) must be used when discharging or manually feeding and taking embryo materials individually. It is strictly prohibited to send and take embryo materials by hand. A single switch should hurt your hand and a double switch should be used. The machine should not leak oil, or it will fall down. Do not expose the power supply, which is dangerous.


15. Wear gloves when stamping iron sheets and concentrate, otherwise you will hurt your hands.


16. During the work, first check whether there is any abnormality in the operation of the equipment. In case of single, unclear continuous flushing, ineffective operation or electrical failure, stop the machine immediately and find the technician on duty for treatment in time.


17. It is strictly forbidden to use the foot switch for the punch. All the original parts of the machine shall be removed.


18. When cleaning and inspecting the equipment, the power supply must be cut off before operation.


19. Cut off the power supply, clean and scrub the worktable, remove the mold, maintain and put into storage, and regularly check the oil of the lubrication system every Monday.
